I posted this after the newsletter sent out today because it dawned on me that some brothers (and guests) may want to comment on the new look of the site or the new features. As you can see the biggest cosmetic change is the site itself, I re-skinned the website with a new template from yoothemes (if you wish to check out the potential its called "yoo pure"). Now Share Pi Sigma Chi with the Ease of Drag-N-Drop
Written by Thomas Scibilia
This just in, you can now share articles and pages you like on pisigmachi.com with the ease of dragging and dropping the image on that page! This is just how the big websites like Mashable does it and we are now implimenting it because sharing links and pages with the friends on your social networks is what drives new traffic to these sites and peaks interest in new members or followers. Update: this feature is temporarily disabled due to conflicts with other parts of the site. Sharing is nothing new, but there are new trends that have made it more…
In the spirit of Pi Sigma Chi reaching it's goal of collecting $520 from its most dedicated members, we have updated our systems and outdated components, cleaned up our files, and installed some new scripts and templates for our most frequently viewed content. Twitter is the new buzz around the internet, granted it’s been around for a while, but it has become great marketing tool and central location for users to find out more about what you (or your organization is doing). Follow us @pisigmachi on twitter where you can find out about new website updates and tools, public and social events, and new blog posts. Hopefully we can diversify ourselves in the web 2.0 scene and have unified ground to provide information and updates. Check back, the site is always growing and expanding! Happy Tweeting!

After months of testing and development, Pi Sigma Chi has taken some steps to personalize our website. As you may have noticed we updated the standard Joomla! logo and top banners today. One of our brothers Ben "Mate" Angotti redesigned the whole look by incorporating the symbolic elements used by the fraternity. Ben has designed the new website's logo and he is in the process of creating several different banners which change everytime the page refreshes (go ahead refresh the page a couple of time to check it out). See below for the whole series to be updated as more are completed. Don't…
