When is 'NOW' A Good Time To Start?

With the holiday's now here, and 2010 a week or so away from fading into memory, I was reminded that this Fraternity was struggling to create an identity — trying to figure out what to do. A "playbook" was needed, and suggestions on how to move the agenda forward — or even have an agenda. Bad as that is, there seems to be a pulse now — be it a faint one — while the organization remains on life support.Though this is supposed to be year 20 in the history of Pi Sigma Chi, it somehow feels more like year…

Greek Weekend is hosted by the Pratt I.G.C. (Inter-Greek Council) Friday, April 17th Each Greek organization raised money for Multiple Sclerosis during Pratt's Springfest. The Pi Sigma Chi Fraternity held a 50/50 Raffle, the Kappa Sigma Fraternity sold T-shirts, the Theta Phi Alpha Sorority had a Bake Sale, and the Tri Sigma Sorority had a Paint Your Date Contest. (photo above)Each organization raises money for Multiple Sclerosis. Saturday, April 18th Kappa Sigma and Pi Sigma Chi had a barbecue on the Main Lawn all afternoon while Theta Phi Alpha and Sigma Sigma Sigma had their 2nd Annual Powderpuff Football Game.…

Sigma's vs. Kappa's Basketball

Pi Sigma Chi had set up a basketball game with Kappa Sigma Fraternity. The athletic director of Pratt would outfit the game with referees, benches, scorer table and the big scoreboard with the bleachers as if it was an official Pratt basketball game. It was this past Sunday, December 7th at 4:30pm in the Pratt gym. In the end we won with the final score 43-21!
